In this course, you'll learn abdominal womb massage for better menstrual periods, fertility enhancement, tipped uterus, and more. In addition, you'll also learn herbal remedies to address painful and/or heavy periods, as well as energetic techniques for moving emotional holding patterns out of the pelvic bowl, abdominal, and womb space. You'll also learn pelvic alignment exercises and nutritious movement for a 'tipped' uterus, prolapsed uterus, and uterine health in general. But most of all, the intent of this abdominal womb massage course is to connect you to the beauty and wisdom of your belly.
I really enjoyed all material covered, and especially appreciated the inclusion of alignment, movement, and menstrual/fertility health. I have not found any other abdominal therapy resources to this point that included all of these important and influential aspects. I'm grateful to you for sharing the valuable knowledge you have accumulated. Thanks and Blessings to you, Barbara!

Massage and Movement
With our thoughts, we create our world. In this module, you will examine your beliefs around your womb, menstrual cycle, and abdomen. These assessment tools will help you deeply connect with your belly and its messages. Also, learn a somatic theory of how emotional charges are stored in the tissues and how to allow old emotional energy to move through in a gentle body-centered way.
Self-care starts with body literacy, so In this module I’ve covered basic reproductive anatomy & physiology. Body literacy is the first step to having authority over our own wellness. When we understand the vital information our bodies are relaying to us we can take action before things get too out of balance and we become better equipped to make informed choices and to communicate with our health care providers as partners in our healing journey rather than giving away our power and authority.
In this module, you will learn about the female connection to the moon cycle and how important cycles (including light and dark cycles) are to our wellbeing and hormonal balance. You will also learn how hormones influence our physical and emotional energies, and how to harness that power to be more in-line with natures ebb and flow.
In this module, you'll learn how pelvic alignment affects reproductive and pelvic floor health. I've covered pelvic alignment from a whole body Nutritious Movement perspective, giving you self-care exercises and practical ways to incorporate pelvic health into your daily life.
In this module, you will learn womb massage techniques & uterine ovarian meditation as well as contraindications and modifications.
In this module, I include special self-care exercises and uterine massage techniques for retroverted uteri, prolapsed uterus, and anteverted uterus.
In this module, I cover ways herbs can support reproductive health. Special topics include painful periods, heavy periods, & pelvic steams.
In this module, I include Emotional Freedom Technique, Castor Oil Packs, and Kidney Chi Massage for reproductive health.
In the Q & A Library you'll find over 10 hours of archived videos ranging in topics from using flower essences on the belly, using a pendulum for chakra reading, and further detail on the subjects of each module. All videos are searchable so you can find exactly what you are looking for! If you can't find the topic you are looking for don't worry, I'm here for you! Ask away and I will answer your questions related to abdominal womb massage and other content in this Womb Care course in a group Womb Zoom call or other format.
Massage Therapists will deepen their knowledge of the abdominal layers, anatomy of the abdomen, contraindications to abdominal uterine womb massage, diastasis recti causes, emotional holding patterns in the belly, and more. The practitioner page for LMTs includes video lessons on how to approach the abdomen, calming techniques, using flower essences on the abdomen, and accessing the breath.

I've massaged thousands of bellies over the last 26 years and I can honestly say each one is uniquely beautiful and has a story to tell.
I have a heartfelt enthusiasm for teaching people how to care for their reproductive and digestive organs, abdomens, and pelvic floors. What lights me up is seeing people connect with the inner beauty and wisdom of their bodies.

What is the cost of the Womb Care course?
The investment for the Womb Care uterine massage Course is $249. Once you register you will receive lifetime access to the course. This means as long as this course is available you will have access to the content and all upgrades at no additional charge.
Will I learn how to do the Arvigo® techniques, Visceral Manipulation™ or Chi Nei Tsang in this course?
The techniques in this course do not include Arvigo® Mayan abdominal womb massage techniques or Visceral Manipulation™. I do include some Chi Nei Tsang but the main abdominal techniques I teach in this course are inspired by over 26 years of experience in the field of manual therapy. I have been inspired by many teachers over that time but my main teachers are the tissues.
Is the material in this course the same as the material in the Free The Belly Course?
There's some overlap because there are certain topics that, in my opinion, shouldn't be left out and apply across the board. The videos that are in both courses are the Issues in our Tissues/Belly Map (20 minutes), Warm-up Techniques (6 minutes), contraindications/bolstering (9 minutes), and castor oil packs (10 minutes). Because of the 45 minutes of overlap, I offer students $50 off when they purchase both courses together. The uterine womb massage techniques, herbal remedies and other material is unique to this course.
The "Practitioner Page" is also the same for both courses and has been added in 2022 at no additional charge. The over 10 hours of Q&A on the Womb Care course is unique to the Womb Care course and is also considered bonus material.
How long will it take to complete the course?
The course is self-paced, meaning you can take your time and work through the course in a timeframe that works best for you and your body.
Is there anyone who shouldn't take this course?
The belly map exercise, and breath work, as well as most of the restorative exercises are appropriate for most everyone. The manual therapy outlined in the course may not be appropriate for everyone or during flare-ups or certain conditions. These conditions where self-abdominal therapy/massage is not appropriate include, but are not limited to, post surgery while the layers of the abdomen are still healing (get permission from you doctor before doing abdominal massage), if you have open abdominal wounds, acute diverticulitis, acute Chrohn’s disease flare-ups and acute colitis. Just give your belly a rest during flare ups. This course is not intended for pregnancy. You shouldn't do self massage directly over mesh implants, IUDs or other implants, sutures, or intentional surgical organ suspensions. If you are unsure about whether abdominal therapy is appropriate for your specific condition, consult your physician to see if abdominal massage is permitted.
Can I take this course while pregnant?
This course is not designed for pregnancy. There are just too many subjective variables that come into play to learn the techniques via an online course. Please learn pregnancy self-care uterine womb massage in person from a trained professional.
What if you change or add more content?
By registering today you will receive lifetime access to this course. Which means as long as this course is available you will have access to the content and all upgrades.
Can I access the course from different locations?
For security reasons and to deter link sharing the number of IP addresses are limited per user. You can access the course from different devices, but not an unlimited number.
I'm a massage therapist. Will I learn to do uterine/womb massage on others?
This is a self-care course. When the Womb Care & Free the Belly courses are taken together, they are approved by NCBTMB for 14 home-study self-care continuing education credits. While the massage techniques in the courses are intended for self-care only, by taking these courses, the massage therapists will also deepen their knowledge regarding the abdominal layers, anatomy of the abdomen, contraindications to abdominal massage, diastasis recti causes and prevention, breath assessment, signs and symptoms of a displaced uterus, emotional holding patterns in the belly, pelvic floor education, and more. All of which can enhance how you work with clients.
Since I have many LMTs who take my courses to deepen their knowledge. I also have a bonus practitioner page for LMTs with a few video lessons on how to approach the abdomen, calming techniques, using flower essences on the abdomen, and assessing the breath.
If I do this course will I still need to see a manual therapist?
What you learn in this course may be enough to reach your goals, but the techniques in this course do not replace professional help. A professional therapist trained in manual abdominal therapy will be able to help you in ways that can't be achieved using self-care. This course builds a healthy foundation and above all connects you to your womb wisdom.

Abdominal Massage for Massage Therapists Mini Course
"Conclusions: Massage had favorable therapeutic effect on PD. Its effect might be achieved through improving the blood circulation of uterus, adjusting the abnormal levels of PGF2a and PGE2, thus exerting pain relief effect."
[Clinical observation on treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with acupuncture and massage]
"Conclusion: Acupuncture and massage has a reliable therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea, which is superior to that of Somiton tablet, and its mechanism might be exerted by regulating PGF2alpha level in menstrual fluid."
"Conclusion: Aromatherapy with herbal medicine decreased dysmenorrhea. This treatment was particularly effective when aroma oil was combined with massage or when a mixture of aroma oil was used for the treatment of dysmenorrhea."
Effect of aromatherapy massage on pain in primary dysmenorrhea: A meta-analysis
"Conclusion: Abdominal aromatherapy massage with essential oils is an effective complementary method to relieve pain in primary dysmenorrhea."
"Conclusions: The research team's results suggested that andullation therapy prior to blastocyst transfer in a cryo-cycle improves embryo implantation, most likely due to a reduction in stress (ie, a relaxation effect on patients), a reduction in uterine contractions, and, probably, an enhancement of the blood flow in the abdominal region. These findings provide support for use of andullation as a complementary therapy for ART."
They didn't specify the type of massage other than relaxation on an oscillating device.
It has been my experience that abdominal and uterine massage also have a whole body relaxation effect, a more profound enhancement of blood flow to the pelvic region than you would get from general relaxation massage, and when done on a regular basis, decreases uterine cramping.
